Friendly Pix was not created with the intention of competing with Instagram. The main idea was to show the developer community the capabilities of Firebase, a tool for creating multiplatform applications. The technology has belonged to Google since 2014 and allows integration in a simplified way to various monitoring resources.
The keyword of Friendly Pix simplicity. No complicated menus or polished layouts, with just a few clicks it is possible to register on the platform, through Facebook or the Google account, and start posting photos and videos. The idea is to be a device that does not compromise the performance of the cell phone.

Friendly Pix received several positive reviews in the last week and achieved a sudden success that was not expected even by Google. Despite this, it is unlikely to be a threat to Instagram. The platform could become an alternative for those looking for something other than the network purchased by Facebook in 2012.
