Meet ClassApp, an application that creates parent-school communication | Productivity

The ClassApp app promises greater interaction between school and parents. The service for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones provides access to the student's schedule, which allows parents to send tickets, warnings or recommendations (food, medicine, etc.) to teachers. In this way, the platform would facilitate the authorization of outings, as well as remind about school meetings. The service can be used for nursery, high school and also language courses. Subscription is made by educational institutions for R $ 900 of membership, plus monthly fee of R $ 1 per student.

Due to the age and more specific care of nursery students, the application should prove even more useful, as it ensures fast communication between parents and teachers. This tends to optimize everyday life, and it is also possible to exchange information about important items such as diapers, books or school supplies, for example. Currently, the tool login is present in more than 500 educational institutions such as Santa Marina school and Anglo Cerquilho high school, and in language courses such as Wizard and Yzigi.

From the tool, teachers can share photos of tours or events and record students' leisure time during the school period. Other details such as nursery day menu, sleep and bath are reported in a report. Administrative documents and occurrences of other school activities can be sent through the platform. Parents' opinion polls about an activity can be conducted via interactive poll.

Another advantage is the sending of the school calendar to those responsible, which may be planned in advance for appointments on special dates. ClassApp also sends automatic reminders to parents' smartphones, in an effort to ensure that neither parent misses any scheduled activity. Digital authorizations for extracurricular activities and fee collection are also routed practically and quickly.

Monitoring child performance at school is one of the benefits offered by the service. The function of the tool allows parents to keep track of homework and study plans and, if no exercise is delivered, they can be notified via the app. Messages can be sent via email, mobile and web. At the official Google Play and App Store stores, ClassApp can be downloaded for free. The platform requires a password and, until it is created, a code sent to each access.
