March security patch reaches Galaxy S10 line

A new update has just been released for the Galaxy S10 line models. This time, Samsung started distributing the March security patch to its customers. flagships last year. Interestingly, the latest fixes have also been delivered to the Galaxy S20 Ultra, even though it is not yet available in many markets.

This update, which includes the firmware version "G97xFXXS4BTB3", does not offer any new features or specific improvements, it only implements the security enhancements of the next month, making the system more secure against attacks and invasions.

At the moment, the March patch can be downloaded via OTA only in Switzerland, but if no critical errors are detected by Samsung, other regions should receive the new Android patches in the coming days or weeks. To check for the update's arrival manually, simply go to "settings> software update> download and install".

Before performing the installation on your Galaxy S10, S10e or S10 +, check the amount of battery available to avoid disconnections during the process, we recommend at least 50%. Although it is a simple update, we still recommend performing a backup of your data.

Although the Galaxy S20 line brings several improvements, last year's models can still be a good option, especially the Galaxy S10 +.
