Last year, we explained how to view and cancel subscriptions yours Apple ID on iOS, macOS / PC and tvOS. As we know, subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis, so it is important to have control at hand and manage them according to your need.
With that in mind, Apple made it easier to access subscriptions with a small update to iOS that made this process simpler. More precisely, it is now possible to view the “Manage Subscriptions” link directly from your Apple ID screen on the App Store, as noted by the editor in chief of MacStories, Federico Viticci.
To verify the change and access your active / expired subscriptions, just follow these steps:
- Open the App Store on the iPhone or iPad;
- Touch your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen;

- Select “Manage Subscriptions”;

From then on, the method for canceling / resuming a subscription remains the same as before: to end it, just select the service you want to stop subscribing to and tap “Cancel subscription”. In the case of expired subscriptions, select the service you want to reactivate and tap on the best subscription option available to you (it will be charged again).

It is worth mentioning that the new link to manage subscriptions is only available to users running iOS 12.1.4 or higher (including beta versions). For those who have an earlier version of iOS, subscription management requires an extra step by tapping the Apple ID profile icon on the Store, as explained in our tutorial.
