The company reported the change in a small paragraph at the end of the MacBook Air announcement, noting that the incoming Mac mini (four core processor and 3.6GHz) now comes with a 256GB SSD, while the top-of-the-line version ( six core processor and 3GHz) has a 512GB SSD.
Whether they're using it as a desktop computer, a family music and movie storage drive, or as a code compilation server for Xcode, customers love the Mac mini. The default settings for the Mac mini now come with double the storage capacity.
Apparently, that was the only change in Mac mini announced today. The hardware continues to be equipped with the same 8th generation Intel processors, 8GB of RAM (configurable up to 64GB) and Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU.
The update of the Mac mini SSD was also the time for Ma to readjust his prices in the Brazil: previously, the entry version (with 128GB) was sold for R $ 7,000; now the 256GB version costs R $ 7,900.
