Logitech Launches Silent Peripherals for Work

Logitech launches silent peripherals for work

Logitech is a brand that has brought many new features to the mouse market, both gamers and office workers. Its Hero / Mercury sensor technology has dominated the wireless mouse market with extremely long-lasting batteries and the brand continues to improve its peripherals over time.

But today we have a somewhat interesting novelty, the brand has just launched a mouse and keyboard in Brazil, all wireless, whose main focus is its silence, thus helping to keep shared environments much quieter and without that noise. mouse click echoing across the room. The novelty is extremely interesting for buildings that have large shared rooms with many employees using the computer at the same time.

The novelty has its release for today's date and brings a combo called the MK470 and the separate mouse called Pebble M350. So let's get to the details of the mouse first and then we'll talk a little bit about the MK470 keyboard + mouse combo.

Logitech Pebble M350

The Pebble M350 has a housing and format already known in the Brazilian market, it is quite common to see this type of mouse from the brand on computers in stores throughout the Brazilian territory.

In addition to the mouse being light and very compact, it has Bluetooth and Wireless 2.4 Ghz connections, the latter using Logitech's exclusive technology called Unifying, which helps extend the mouse battery for long periods of use.

The silent part comes from Silent technology, recently developed by the company and which attenuates 90% of the noises emitted by the clicks and scroll of the mouse. As I mentioned before, the biggest advantage comes in reducing noise in newsrooms, for example, where there are many people together and the clicking noise of a mouse can be excessive.

The mouse arrives in the country costing R $ 99.90 and also in three colors available initially: Rose, Off-White and Blue Gray.

Combo MK470

The Combo includes the Pebble M350 and also a keyboard featuring the same Silent and Unifying technologies, bringing the benefits of 90% less noise during use and extended battery life of up to 36 months.

As I already talked a lot about the M350 just above, here I will focus on the keyboard that comes with the purchase of the combo that has no specific name determined for now.

It has a US layout, so nothing dedicated or a large Enter key. It has a focus not only on the silent and long lasting but also very compact, with the design and distribution of the keys very reminiscent of Notebooks. Its keys have a low-profile design and probably use scissor-switches, but there is no information confirmed by the company.

Since the keyboard is extremely thin, there is a high probability that your battery will be completely concentrated at the rear of the device, in addition to being naturally curved and without rear lifting feet.

The combo price is a little more salty at R $ 249.90, but we also know that Logitech does a lot of promotions throughout the year, so we will not be surprised to see this combo appear in the range of R $ 180-200 in some months in official representative stores.

Below I leave a gallery in high resolution showing both peripherals.
