Lockstate releases update on smartlocks and locks remote lock services

In an interview with The verge, the company said that "a small subset" of blocking certain clients could not communicate with the servers. Lockstate smartlocks are products recommended by the Airbnb hosting service.

"We immediately contacted all affected customers and are working to recover their keys. We have already addressed many of these customers, but some users will need to reset their keys."

It's not a problem that you still had your original keys, but anyone who depended on smartlock and was affected could not leave or enter the home.
