Linux detergent

"Cleaning windows more efficiently"

The world of patents something very curious, in Switzerland there is a liquid detergent called "Linux", the case similar to what happened here in Brazil with iPhone brand, patented by Gradiente, if you are not believing a conferred on Roeschswiss sales pagewhich appears to be a site that specializes in cleaning products.

Linus Torvalds and "The Linux Foundation" don't seem to care much about this kind of thing, some time ago there was a patent problem involving the name "Linux", at the time the community came together to advocate with Linux Torvads so that a "smartass" would not register the name and charge it to be used, this patent apparently expires in 2019 inclusive, the argument for not "running back" as in these cases of the detergent that makes it ridiculous to use the name of something so popular and spread to a different industry, as if someone wore the Apple logo at a fair.

Opinions aside, I think you should be careful about something so representative when Linux, anyway, you can leave your opinion on it in the comments below.
