My Photo Keyboard is a free application for Android phones that lets you put a photo on your keyboard as a background.
The feature is ideal for anyone who wants to personalize the graphics on their phone and leave the smartphone with their style.
In addition to the image, it is also possible to change the style (font) and color of the letters on the keys.
In the following tutorial, check out how to set up and use the My Photo Keyboard app to put a photo on your phone’s keyboard.
The procedure was performed on a Moto E5 Plus with Android 8.0 Oreo, but the tips also apply to other devices with the Google system.
It is worth mentioning that the tool is not available for iPhone (iOS).

Step 1.
Install the My Photo Keyboard app on your phone via dnetc.
When opening it for the first time, allow the application to access your photos and other necessary data.
Then, enable overlay to other apps;

Step 2.
An alert informs you that the application needs special permissions to function correctly.
Touch «Permissons», open «My Photo Keyboard» and activate the option «Allow access to use»;

Step 3.
Now, on the My Photo Keyboard main screen, tap «Enable keyboard».
The Android keyboard settings will open.
There, activate the «My Photo Keyboard» keyboard;

Step 4.
Returning to the application, tap on «Set input method» and select the «My Photo Keyboard» keyboard;

Step 5.
To change the keyboard background image, tap «Change images» and then tap «Choose My Photo».
Note that you can also use a solid background color in «BG Color» and change the font style and color;

Step 6.
Then, select whether you want to take a new photo or use an image from your gallery.
Finally, adjust the frame of the photo and tap the button in the upper right corner of the screen.
