Organizing accounts is possible with the My Savings app, a financial manager that can help the user to control spending.

One of the main differentials of the app is that it goes beyond the traditional recording of expenses and other transactions – there is the encouragement of financial education through the creation of goals and expenditure planning in the realization of dreams.

With simple and intuitive navigation, My Savings is available for free download on Google Play and the App Store.

The tutorial below was done on an iPhone (iOS), but the walkthrough is very similar on devices using the Android operating system.

Step 1.

Install the My Savings app on your smartphone via the dnetc page.

Once the download is complete, open the app and fill in your registration, with email and password, or simply using Facebook;

Step 2.

After login, you will be taken to the home screen, which displays an Overview.

As the name says, here you can find a summary of your main information, such as current balance, balance of inflows and outflows, comparison of expenses by periods, cash flow, a chart with expenses by category, goals and dreams;

Step 3.

Tap the current balance to update the values ​​available today.

By default, there are four active accounts: Wallet, Credit Card, Checking and Savings Account.

If you want to add a new account or edit an existing one, just touch the «+» or «Edit» sign at the top of the screen.

The three dots next to each value of active accounts is a shortcut for you to access them individually;

Step 4.

Now, just fill in your account name, opening balance, icon letter and color.

Then just save.

The same procedure is used to edit accounts, just choose one of the existing options;

Step 5.

To register operations, tap the edit icon at the bottom of the screen.

You will be taken to the «New Expense» screen.

There, touch the arrow at the top of the screen to choose the type of transaction you want to register, and then click OK;

Step 6.

Choose the type of transaction to be registered in My Savings.

The options are identified by colors, including Expense (red), Revenue (green) and Transfer (blue) – which greatly facilitates navigation.

Once this is done, tap OK;

Step 7.

To complete the registration of the operation, complete the necessary data, such as the date, description, category and account that will be credited or debited.

The categories are generic, but have more specific subcategories, which can also be edited according to the needs of each user;

Step 8.

My Savings also helps the user to plan financially to make dreams come true.

In addition to the options available, you can register other ideas and the amounts needed to realize them, as well as how much you have already saved, interest, if the money is invested, and even how much per month you need to save in a predetermined period of time .
