Important information
Before knowing the applications that will help you create the installation disc, know that for all of these listed methods you will need a Windows 10 serial key to validate your version of the operating system (if you have a Windows 7, 8 key or 8.1, it will also serve).
If your machine has already come with a pre-installed version of Windows, when installing Windows 10 you can choose the option "I don't have a license key".
In this case, the OS key is found in your system's BIOS and, when the installation is complete, Windows 10 should obtain this information automatically for validation.
If you have important files on the machine, remember to backup your files before installing the new system!

This is definitely the method easier and more reliable to create a Windows 10 installation disc, primarily for Windows 7 or 8 users.

It is important to remember that, in order to use this tool, it is necessary to have the Windows 10 ISO image on your PC before proceeding.
When you have the file on your machine, follow the steps below:
1 – You will need a pen drive with a minimum of 8 GB of storage space.
Remember that you need to do a quick format on the USB drive before you can use it with the tool.
This can be done simply by right-clicking on the unit and selecting the Format option.
2 – Download the Windows USB / DVD Download Tool from this link and install it on your machine.
Afterwards, run the program.
Select the language of the tool and then click "Download" to download the program
3 – The program will ask you to mark the location of the Windows 10 ISO image.
Select the file and then choose your USB drive so that the data recording process starts.
The process should take a few minutes, so be patient.
Select the location where the Windows 10 ISO image is located and click “Next” to select the pen drive
From here on, the instructions are the same as those mentioned in the previous method.
Use your USB flash drive with Windows installation when restarting the machine to proceed with Windows 10 installation.
Rufus
The last method the user can use to create a Windows 10 installation disc is to use third-party programs to do this.
One of the best options – and one that is as quick and efficient as Microsoft’s own programs – is Rufus.
To use Rufus without too many complications, just follow the instructions below:
1 – Download Rufus through this link.
You do not need to install anything on your computer.
Rufus is an executable file that opens as soon as you click on it.
2 – When starting Rufus, connect your USB flash drive.
It should appear in the first selection box in "Device".
3 – Check the option Disc or ISO image.
Then, click "Select".
You need to choose the Windows 10 ISO image file that is on your computer.
Rufus is a simple program to create Windows 10 installation discs
5 – After that, click Start so that Rufus can start creating the bootable drive and recording data on your USB flash drive.
The process may take a few minutes.
As in the previous methods, when the procedure is complete you can use this pen-drive to install Windows 10 bootable on your machine or any other computer.
Just be careful to always back up your data before proceeding with the installation and check your computer's instructions to see how to use a pen-drive to boot the system, as this varies according to the machine's BIOS.
Bonus: Command Prompt

1 – Connect your USB flash drive to your computer and in the Windows search bar search for Command prompt.
When locating the program, right click on it and select the option Execute as administrator
Remember to run the Command Prompt as an administrator
2 – With the command prompt open, type diskpart and press Enter.
Now type list disk and Enter.
This command will display the list of disks connected to your machine
Enter the commands described here to select your pen-drive from the units of your machine
5 – In that list locate your USB drive.
To do this, type select disc # and press Enter (replace the # with your pen drive number in the list).
The next step is to clean your USB drive.
Just type clean and Enter.
The formatting process should only take a few minutes.
After selecting the thumb drive, clean the files from it
7 – Now we need to create a boot partition on the USB drive.
Just type create partition primary and press Enter.
Select the partition you just created by typing select partition 1, Enter, then active and press Enter.
Create a basic partition inside the flash drive
9 – It is necessary to format the USB drive in the correct file format to create the installation disc.
type it format fs = fat32 and then press Enter.
type it assign, press the Enter key and then choose a letter to name your USB drive.
Then, Enter again.

11 – After performing these procedures, you need to manually copy all Windows 10 files to your USB drive
If you find any error in the execution of any command, check if you typed the command correctly and repeat the step if in doubt.
Be careful not to manipulate the other disk drives on your computer, otherwise you may experience problems creating partitions in places that are not recommended.
