According to reports from Reuters, Larry Page, Google's CEO, and Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, are negotiating the possibility of resolving the patent issue between Apple and companies using Android.
The news agency reports that the two CEOs would be talking behind the scenes to find a way to live peacefully together and involve a possible truce in intellectual property disputes.
"It is not yet clear whether Page and Cook are discussing a broad agreement between the two companies – most of which involve the mobile computing area – or are focused on a more limited set of issues," the website published.
Last Friday, 24, Samsung was ordered to pay more than $ 1 billion Apple after a United States jury found that the South Korean manufacturer had infringed patents on the iPhone and iPad. Samsung has already appealed the decision.
