There are some native solutions that I was able to research, but apparently, at least reading the feature descriptions and also the documentation, a Brazilian solution called LanBr It seems like the best alternative, however, I'll leave the other programs I've found here too so you can have a look if you want.

This program has free and paid versions that have more features, having a server version as well as to install on client computers. You can find more information about it, including support information, installation and setup tutorials. on your official page.
