The Kwai app is a free video editor for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones that lets you share your creations on WhatsApp Status. The popularity of the service took him to the third place of the most downloaded on Google Play, last Tuesday (9). On the platform, users find various functions capable of customizing audiovisual content such as filters, effects, soundtrack, text, graphics, and the ability to speed up or slow down video playback. Step 1. Download Kwai from the dnetc page. Select the app's login mode and, on the home screen, touch the video icon in the upper right corner;

Step 2. Create a video with the camera phone by pressing the orange button. If you prefer, choose to customize a video saved in the gallery. In this example, we will use a file saved in the mobile phone collection. To crop the video, go to the bottom of the screen and select the size of the crop. To speed up or shorten the playing time, choose the speeds above the cutting tool. Confirm the changes in the "" icon, located in the upper right corner of the screen;

Step 3. In the following screen, the user has the video editing tools available: "Filter", "Music", "Effects", "Magic" and the "More" menu. Choose "Filter" to change the color tones of the video in the application's native filters displayed on the roulette below the video;

Step 4. Choose "Music" if you want to add a soundtrack to the video. In the options bar, you can search the application for a song, record original sound, or then set an application-ready song as the "Happiness" track, for example. If you prefer to search for a song, there are three alternatives: using the app search engine, selecting available music genres or choosing songs listed by Kwai;

Step 5. Under "Effects", apply custom visuals to the video like "Scary", for example. In addition, interested parties may indicate the party receiving the motion edit ("Normal", "Slow", "Repeat" or "Reverse"). All editions that allow you to select a video scene just tap the video after choosing the edition. Confirm the changes to "" in the bottom right corner of the screen;

Step 6. With the item "Magic", the video gains special elements. Browse the effects roulette and choose the customization you prefer. To apply the element to the video, select the scene by the white vertical bar. Confirm the action on the "" cone in the lower right corner;

Step 7. In the "More" menu, there are the options "Cover", "Text" and "Sticker". Go to "Cover" to set the opening image, just choose the scene in the displayed timeline;

Step 8. In "Text", you can type a sentence to be displayed on the video. Tap "T" and type the message. The "Adhesive" option already renders designs that can be added to the video. Choose the item in the edit bar and set the scene in which it will be inserted;

Step 9. Made the modifications, the user can share the result. To view videos edited in Kwai in WhatsApp Status, type the post message and in the section "Syncing automatically to:" tap the WhatsApp icon. Continue to "Publish" and choose "My Status" in the messenger. Finally, complete the action on the green arrow icon in the lower right corner.
