This week Kanex introduced three new adapters that allow users to connect their Macs to virtually any type of monitor (including the most modern LED Cinema Displays, of course), as alternative solutions are offered by Apple.
The first two will hit the market in November; the third is available immediately.
Kanex C247m ($ 130)
Intended for previous generations of MacBooks and mini Macs with mini-DVI video output, the cable combines audio and video converted to 24 and 27 inch LED Cinema Displays. The maximum supported resolution is 1920 × 1200 pixels.
Kanex C247d ($ 130)
The same as the previous one, it is only intended for Macs and PCs with DVI video output.
Kanex C30 ($ 100)
Designed for the 30-inch Cinema Display and other displays with Dual-Link DVI-D, this cable converts the Mini DisplayPort output to a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels.
