Great news for lay people interested in programming: The Java Guide was released on the Play Store, application that promises to teach Java language to beginners in just one ms.
The Java Guide app was developed by XDA member Theworld2020, based on Roger Cadenhead's book Sams Teach Yourself Java 2 in 24 Hours. It is completely free, includes advertisements that are not invasive and, at best, incredibly didactic and adapted to people with little prior knowledge on the subject.
Of course, you can't become an application developer overnight with this app alone. However, it offers a solid foundation for a good start. In this regard, I also recommend our developer Henrique Rocha's article on how to program your first app. The second article in the series will be published shortly.
Learn more about the Java Guide at the corresponding XDA Developers topic and download the app from the Play Store.
