iTunes Connect will have its traditional recess and will be unavailable from December 23-27

For a long time, Apple has adopted the strategy of making a small recess at the end of the year in iTunes Connect, the application management platform used by developers. And this year will be no different.

Apple said today that it will be unavailable from 23 to 27 December. During this period, developers will not be able to launch new applications / games on the App Store, nor publish updates from existing ones. Everything must be sent, approved and scheduled before 12/23.

The company stressed that, with the new iOS 11 App Store, developers can inform customers about promotions, upcoming features and events within their app at any time using the promotional text field that text (up to 170 characters) appears at the top of the app description.

For users, in practice it means just a week's rest of new apps / updates ideal to relax a little too and enjoy Christmas together with the family! 🎄
