2. Include identifying data

In your statement, enter a number of personal data, such as contact information, address, Social Security registration numbers (NIT / PIS / PASEP), and voter title.

Step 5. The second screen of the "Identification" menu allows the change of contact data. Check "Yes" or "No" to inform if there have been any contact changes. 3. Include third parties in the statement

Step 1. To access the "Third Party" section, there are two options: return to the app's home screen, divided into six frames; or click the three-stripe icon in the top corner of the app screen. Thus you will see a side menu which allows you to access the six sections of the application. Tap "Third Party" to access the screen with different types of third parties: "Dependent", "Feeding", "Spouse" and "Inventory";

4. Include income data

Step 3. To include income derived from profit sharing, interest on equity or financial investments, see "Exclusive Taxation Subjects". Then select the nature of the income. 5. Include payment data

Step 4. Donations to the Child and Adolescent Statute can be made in the statement itself. Go to "Donations directly to ECA" in the "Payments" menu. 6. Include property or debt data
