The Meteorological Research Institute (IPMet) website informs the weather forecast of Brazilian cities. With up-to-date bulletins, the online tool provides data on weather instability, temperature, and maps with satellite imagery. In addition to the full forecast for all regions of Brazil, the site offers information about alerts in regions of the state of So Paulo.

Step 1. Go to the website at the website link (ipmetradar.br) and check out the "Numerical Forecast – Cities" view. Then press the "Change city" option;

Step 2. Enter the city you wish to consult and select the corresponding result, as in the image below;

Step 1. In "Numerical Forecast – Maps", check data on accumulated rain and temperature. To view more information, press the "Other forecast maps" option;

Step 2. The WRF forecast template screen allows you to change the map view for various types of weather analysis by selecting options at the top of the screen. The information appears in video format and can be controlled using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Step 1. Hover over the "Products" option and select the "Weather Report" option;

Step 1. Position the mouse over the "Products" option and access the "Satlite Meteorological" option;

Step 2. Check out the satellite images on the national territory map. The regions of instability are marked by cloudiness. In addition, areas with thunderstorms are indicated in red.
