The app, which is available for Android and iPhone (iOS), has a number of features that can help you keep up with your diet, keep track of your development, and celebrate achievements. Zero Fasting Tracker has four different tabs: Fasts, which shows the available fasting options; History, which shows the user's fasts history; Learn, which offers complementary study material on intermittent fasting; and Timer, which displays the countdown after the start of fasting.
