Instagram, WhatsApp… now it's time for Facebook Messenger to steal Snapchat features!

In the distant past, Mark Zuckerberg tried to buy Snapchat without success. What did he do then? It copied some of the main resources of the network, incorporating them in its own. You, for example, can already tell your stories on Instagram and WhatsApp. Now, you can do the same task in Facebook Messengerusing the newest feature Messenger Day.

With the feature, users can now share photos and videos with many friends at the same time. These contents that you add to your "Day" will be at the top of the Home screen, making it easy for friends and family to see what you are doing in addition to being able to send a message about what you have shared.

To start the game, take a photo or make a video by touching the camera, customize everything in the way that best suits you (icons in the upper right corner) and share by touching the arrow in the lower right corner. You can add it to your “Day”, save the content on the Camera Roll and / or send it to a specific person or group. You can add content to your "Day" as many times as you want with an expiration date of 24 hours. You can also add content to your "Day" directly from an established conversation or group. After uploading a photo or video in a Messenger conversation, tap "add to your Day" and you're done.

The feature will be available globally today, for both iOS and Android.
