Some Instagram filters stood out in May. It's the case of the lens that turns people into babies, another that puts villain Thanos dancing in the room, and the Flappy Bird-style game that can be played at a glance. Another augmented reality feature made famous last month turns the user into the opposite genre, plus the lens that adds the zodiac sign to the faces of people who like astrology.
The effects, released by the social network itself, or created by users or third parties from other apps, such as Snapchat, were successful and garnered a large number of publications. Check out the following list of the five filters that became fever on Instagram.

Instagram has launched the sign filter for those interested in astrology. The effect provides a pack of 12 zodiac signs, in which the user can select the sign that represents it, and adds a starry and colorful sky to the environment. The symbol of the chosen sign in the horscope is also imprinted on the person's face by touching the screen, the element sent across the face or erased from the screen.

A native of Snapchat, the baby filter has become a fever on many social networks and has also won Instagram Stories. The filter uses augmented reality features to transform anyone's face into a child, allowing you to take pictures and record cute videos. In addition to Instagram and Snapchat itself, the filter was also widely shared on Twitter and WhatsApp. The popularity of the effect has made Snapchat ranked number one in downloads on the App Store and Google Play in Brazil.

The villain of the Avengers saga has had an effect on Snapchat in which it appears quite differently than it does in movies. Thanos danando's filter puts a character's virtual doll doing a choreography in any environment using the augmented reality feature. Photos and videos recorded with the joke were also widely shared on Instagram Stories.

The Flappy Bird game, which turned into a smartphone fever in 2014, has returned to popularity thanks to a filter created by an Instagram user. The gameplay is the same, in which the user needs to make the bird fly between pipes, however, instead of touching the screen, as in the original version, I need to blink my eyes so that the character gains momentum and dodges obstacles. The filming of the users playing ensured several funny videos in the Stories.

Also original from Snapchat, this lens transforms anyone's face into male or female gender. Using augmented reality to detect people's faces, you can take pictures or record fun videos with the face featuring traits of the opposite genre. At the end of the recordings, you can post the images to Snapchat itself or save to the gallery for posting on Instagram or Facebook.
