Instagram shows instability this Tuesday morning (5). Since last night, some users have seen the error message Instagram crashes continuously when accessing the app on Android devices. The social network has yet to comment on the bug, which hit users from several countries, including Brazil, the United States and Argentina.
According to reports on Twitter, there is no standard for the problem. Although it only occurs on cell phones with the Android operating system, being tested in dnetc, the error message was displayed on a Galaxy A8 device running Android 7.1. However, it was possible to access Instagram normally on a Galaxy J5 with Android 6.0.1.
Update: Instagram commented on the official Twitter about the bug. He said that everything was resolved and, if any user still has difficulty accessing the app on an Android phone, it is ideal to download the available update or uninstall the software and install it again.

Instagram has yet to say what the problem is in any official media. An update was released today on the Play Store, but no information has been declared by the manufacturer. It is not known whether the update is intended to resolve the error message. Some users report that, after installing it, the app is back up and running. Others claim they had to clear the app's cache, or uninstall and download Instagram again to fix the error.
Meanwhile, users of the beta version of Instagram for Android reported on social networks that they had no problems using the app during the error period of the stable version of the social photo network.
