Instagram receives replay for live streams; Snapchat launches map feature with user location

In the mystery to no one, in fact, it is assumed that the Instagram has been copying any and all resources from Snapchat. However, instead of causing disgust among users for blatant copies, Facebook's social network of photos and videos has grown even more, surpassing the ghost app.

As announced yesterday, Instagram already has 250 million of daily active users almost 100 million more than Snapchat, which had 166 million in its last report, released in May. The fight, my dear, seems to be just beginning.

After having sucked the idea of Stories competitor and introduced live streams via the app, now Instagram has announced that its lives they can be viewed even after the transmission has ended.

When your broadcast is finished, you can tap "Share" at the bottom of the screen to add your broadcast to Stories Instagram for 24 hours. You can also choose to disable the option and “discard”, then your live video will disappear from the application, as usual.

When someone you follow has saved a live broadcast on Stories, a small indicative icon appears below the balloon referring to that person as shown in the last screen of the image above.

At the other end of the battle, trying to survive the appeal of the other network, Snapchat today announced a new map feature with the location of users.

With just a flick of the page, you can access the new feature of the application, in which you can view both the snaps personal information about news and events from around the world.

Users will appear with their avatars "ActionMoji" and by touching them, you will be taken to snaps of that respective account. In order to maintain your security, of course, you can choose who you want to share your location with.

Will Instagram copy this feature too? We'll see!
