In addition to Brazil, complaints came from several countries. On Twitter, users of different nationalities complained that Instagram had not worked since 3:30 pm today. Instability started to improve around 4:20 pm.
Down Detector, a site that monitors the number of complaints about the functioning of online services, shows an increase in error reports in the last hours, with a peak at 16h08. The problems are concentrated in Brazil, the United States and some European countries.
In response to dnetc, Instagram confirmed the existence of the error: "We are aware that some users are having difficulties accessing their accounts. We are working quickly to correct the problem and the platform should be 100% soon". Remember that the last time Instagram went offline was a month ago, on June 12th. At the time, WhatsApp Business also failed.
