In RECODE's free online courses everyone can learn to be “masters” of the technological world

The Internet can be a useful ally for those who want to develop new skills. Thinking of those who want to take the extra time at home to learn more about the world of technology, CDI Portugal launched RECODE. The digital platform of the entity responsible for Apps for Good and the Center for Digital Citizenship in Valongo already has three free online courses.

Even if you have a great curiosity about technology, but not much experience, technological courses promise to be accessible to anyone. The platform's first pilot took place, for example, with participants from the Valongo Digital Citizenship Center. In addition, the courses are certified by companies such as Microsoft and the Project Management Institute.

RECODE - CDI Portugal

In the Introduction to the Digital World course, users will be able to discover the potential of the Internet and social networks, in order to broaden their horizons of study, work, entrepreneurship and even citizenship.

In Project and Apps Management with Impact, it is possible to get to know more about how computational thinking can be used to develop ideas for digital solutions for social challenges.

The Hack the Future course starts with a module focused on self-knowledge to help the user understand the strengths and link them to their professional skills. The world of work is highlighted in the following module, where market trends will be presented, as well as tips and practical activities on finding opportunities, on the curriculum and the company selection process. Finally, participants will be able to learn more about entrepreneurship.

To start your technological learning adventure you only need to access the RECODE website, register on the platform and choose one of the courses.
