Since when Apple Watch was launched, one of its strengths is the great diversity of bracelets that Apple offers. Currently, among those that are part of the catalog, we have two leather ones: a traditional one (R $ 850; only for the larger models of the watch, 42 / 44mm) and one with a modern clasp (R $ 1,300; only available for smaller watches, 38 / 40mm).
For the traditional, there are four colors: peacock (a kind of green), lemon (yellow), brown (brown) and black. But that could change soon. Images of supposed new colors for these bracelets appeared on Reddit, which were corroborated by 9to5Mac (who, in turn, claimed to have received similar images from a leaker earlier this month).
But we are not only dealing with new colors, since – if they are really true – the supposed new bracelets have a slightly different design, with a finish that has less contact with the wrist (consequently, letting the wearer’s skin breathe more) and different colors at the edges.
In addition, these new bracelets have a magnetic closure, as found in Milanese style bracelets.
THE 9to5Mac raised the hypothesis that they are waterproof and, therefore, suitable for sports, something that current leather bracelets are not. There are also new colors: blue, pink and red.
According to the website source, the bracelets may be launched as early as June. Still, it is always good to remember that they may just be fake versions of the current ones – apparently they were purchased in Vietnam, where Apple started producing some accessories recently (like AirPods).
True or false? Time will tell!

They also made a video showing the details of the bracelet:
If everything is really true, it remains to be seen whether Apple intends to launch the new bracelets in June (perhaps next to WWDC20) or if they will appear with the launch of the “Apple Watch Series 6”.
