THE IFA 2014, Berlin technology fair, will take place between September 5 and 10, but press events have started on the 3rd. We watched the presentations of the devices that will set the trend in the mobile market in 2015, including the Note 4, the Xperia Z3 and the second generation Moto X. In addition to these flagships, the Berlin Fair already records record for smart watches and other gadgets. See below what has already been released!
Samsung
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the fourth generation of the South Korean company's successful series of phablets, and like its predecessor, it combines state-of-the-art technology, a bright, crisp display and the smart functions of the S Pen. system. Galaxy Note Edge
The big surprise of the Unpacked event was not Note 4, but another revolutionary device: the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, the first truly curved screen Android smartphone. The device has the same hardware and the same user interface as Note 4, and our first test shows the most important functions and information of the new device:
Samsung Gear S
Samsung introduced its new Gear S smartwatch at IFA 2014. The curved screen clock runs on Samsung's Tizen operating system and Samsung's first SIM-enabled smartwatch. This makes it independent of a smartphone, and works as a standalone device. Check out our first device test:
Samsung Galaxy Alpha
Another device we could see on IFA was the newly announced Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The smartphone hits the world market in September, and intends to compete in the device industry high end; however, its specifications fall below the Galaxy S5 in several respects. The biggest news of the Galaxy Alpha was to bring a metal housing, which really gave a much better look to a Samsung cell phone.
Gear VR
Along with the Galaxy Note 4, Samsung also introduced a gadget that promises to bring a new dimension of virtual reality. Look at our first test of what capable the Gear VR, and if this concept dictates market bias:
Smart Watches with Android Wear
At MWC Barcelona we witnessed the resurgence of so-called devices wearables (wearable) both in the field of smartwatches and exercise bracelets. The official presentation of Android Wear during Google I / O, along with the launch of the LG G Watch It's from Gear live, was the start for the new operating system intended for these devices. Fortunately, our sources confirmed that the Moto 360 must make an appearance during the IFA at a simultaneous event in So Paulo and Chicago.
LG G Watch R

Xperia Z3
Sony launched the Xperia Z3, the second flagship of the manufacturer in 2014. No big surprises, the device all that previously leaked, ie boring! SmartWatch 3 and Smartband Talk
The smart wristband compatible with smartphones, tablets and dedicated to Life Log health monitoring applications. With GPS and 4 GB of internal memory, it supports Android Wear and is not just for storing all the information generated in your daily life. You can also listen to music remotely and use it to do sports.
Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact
This is the thinnest and lightest tablet in the world, according to Sony. In numbers: 6.4 mm and 270 grams. Sony focused on the gaming and entertainment experience, improving controls with just one hand. It is also water and dust resistant, like the smartphone of the same name. This is the first tablet that offers a remote control for the PlayStation 4, and can be used as a screen to play remotely, free from the console. Display colors have been optimized thanks to Live Color LED technology.
Xperia E3
The newest mid-range model from Sony is called E3. It has a design very similar to that of the flagships, and be available in several colors. The 4.5 inch screen is designed not to devour the battery. The handset was equipped with a 5 megapixel camera and well crafted software to make the most of it. The E3 comes packaged with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 four-core processor at 1.2 GHz, as well as a Stamina mode battery, which allows for extended power.
New QX Cameras
THE QX1 and the QX30, Sony's mobile lenses that can be used in conjunction with your smartphone, also appeared during the 2013 Berlin fair. In 2014 we saw an evolution of these gadgets, for example, with more powerful optical zoom, in this year's edition.
Motorola

Moto G 2014
With the Moto G, Motorola left behind the sixth position to establish itself as the second mobile device manufacturer in Brazil. The device was the best selling in the entire history of the company. Moto 360
Motorola also announced its long-awaited smartwatch, the Moto 360, during a press conference at its headquarters in So Paulo and at IFA. During the event we were able to test the device for a few minutes, and take some questions regarding its functionality, finish and construction, and of course, confirm that the rumors were right.
Moto X second generation

Lenovo
O Lenovo Vibe X2 was presented during the press conference of the Chinese company. This top of the line Chinese manufacturer comes with a 5 inch screen and 1080 pixel resolution, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and 13MP (rear) and 5MP (front) cameras. In principle, this device was designed to compete with other devices in the Chinese market.
Huawei
Ascend Mate 7
During the Huawei press conference at IFA 2014, the Chinese manufacturer showed us its best with a new Android device. They may still be growing in some regions, but the latest handset proves that Huawei is definitely on the right track: the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 is a complex, intricate and well-designed smartphone.
