How to run the application?

After downloading you have a binary file named ICQ, for organizational reasons I recommend that you create a folder with the same name (ICQ) inside your home folder and put the file inside it because when you run it For the first time it will create folders and auxiliary files. In order for it to work just make sure it has execute permissions by right clicking on it and going to the "properties" option and in the permissions tab marking the option to execute as a program.
