IBM / Lenovo ThinkPad W700 comes with a 10.6-inch secondary display

Earlier this month, IBM / Lenovo announced the ThinkPad W700, a portable workstation that comes with a 10.6-inch secondary display (remember the triBook prototype ?!) and a Wacom digitizer surface integrated with a pen stylus.

The machine can come with Intel Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad or Core 2 Extreme processors, supports up to 4GB of PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM, NVIDIA Quadro FX 2700M or Quadro FX 3700M graphics and storage of up to 250GB (hard disk) or 64GB ( SSD).

Its main screen of high resolution (1920 × 1200 pixels), with 17 inches. The secondary display is backlit via LED and offers a resolution of 768 × 1280 pixels, including color calibration and built-in webcam. With it, the minimum weight of the machine goes from 3.83 to 4.96 kilos.

The notebook also incorporates Wi-Fi 802.11a / g / n, DisplayPort, Dual Link DVI, Smart card reader, Bluetooth and two integrated speakers. And it comes, of course, with IBM / Lenovo's ThinkVantage and Trusted ThinkPad technologies.
