How to use Zoho, a free competitor for the Office Package | Productivity

Zoho Docs is an online platform that provides free text editors, spreadsheets and slide shows similar to the Office Pack and Google Docs. The user can create and change documents, synchronize files with friends to make shared edits and save the files in the cloud for later access.

The service also allows you to save items in a format compatible with Microsoft's Word, Excel and PowerPoint. See below how to use the main functions of the Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheets and Zoho Show editors, respectively for text editing, spreadsheets and presentations. Step 4. In the Page setup section, you can configure the page and change margins, orientation and positioning;

Step 5. To save or print the file, select File, then Download as and then choose the desired format. Note that it is also possible to save the document in .docx format, compatible with Word.

Step 4. To create a graph, go to the Insert tab, select the cells and press the Graph option. Then, select the desired type and finish with Ok.

Step 2. Then, select the layout of your presentation from the ready templates. Press the Apply button to proceed;

Step 3. To insert new slides, mark the + icon in the upper left corner of the screen. The slide menu is located on the left, just like in PowerPoint;

Step 4. To insert images, shapes and media, access the top menu. To format the text, use the menu located on the right of the screen;

Step 5. To use animations between the slides, press Animate, on the right menu, and select the effect you want. To preview your presentation, select Play.
