The freelance site Workana is an online tool that brings together job opportunities. With free access, the platform allows you to create a profile and apply for vacancies sent by recruiters. Vacancies are presented with the average value defined as budget by the advertiser. However, during the application process, users can set their own values for the job and wait to see if the proposal will be accepted.

Step 1. Access the service page and select the option «Register»;

Step 2. Choose how you want to register to proceed to the profile configuration;

Step 3. To have a compatible profile to search for vacancies, press the option «Work as a freelancer»;

Step 4. Check your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and access the «My profile» option;

Step 5. You must define all the data required for your profile so that you can apply for vacancies. The site also offers integration with LinkedIn to import this data;

Step 6. On the service’s initial screen, choose the «Find work» option and access «Find projects»;

Step 7. Use the filters on the right side of the screen to define the job characteristics you want to find;

Step 8. When you find a project that interests you, press the «Make a proposal» button to start the application process;

Step 9. Define a personal presentation in the main proposal text box. You can also attach files with references from other jobs and other documents;

Step 10. Define values related to your work on this project and select the option «Send Budget» to apply.
