How to use the Zen app to learn to meditate and sleep better | Productivity

Zen is a meditation and relaxation app that has been a hit with Brazilians today, it is among the 60 most downloaded apps on the App Store. The program fully available in Portuguese, with udios narrated by professionals in our country. The service is geared towards those who are beginning to meditate, bringing a gradual advancement program into practice.

The platform raises sounds designed for different purposes such as improving sleep, controlling anxiety, increasing focus and concentration etc. Some of the exercises are released free of charge, although the full access be through subscription. In the tutorial below, the dnetc teaches you how to use the free features of Zen, which is available for Android and iPhone (iOS).

Step 1. Faa download Zen by dnetc and open the app. At the first screen, press "Continue". Then select your personal objectives with the app and tap "Continue";

Step 2. Zen is a free app with paid features included. To try the full version, press "Continue". If you want to keep free verse, touch the "X" in the upper corner. The application will open on the "Reflections" screen, which brings a meditation of the day and several positive messages below. The dynamics for listening to audio will be explained in the following topic from the "Featured" tab;

Step 3. Tap on the "Highlight" to open the main program meditation app. In this example, we selected the program "21 days of meditation." D a touch anywhere on the card and then tighten the cone "Play" from the first day;

Step 4. The audio will start automatically. If you want to stop the execution, press the button to pause in the center of the screen. In the end, the Zen congratulaes display a message for you have one concludo meditation. Just hit the "X" to go back to previous screen;

Step 5. The tab "meditations" application gathers all of the exercises. If you have chosen to use the free version, enter the meditations with the "Free" seal. There's always two options: one with background music and one without. Select the one you prefer;

Step 6. The mechanics of audio the same in all the tabs. Note that there is a heart cone at the bottom of the audio screen. Touch it to mark meditation as a favorite. To exit, press the "X". Enter the "Therapy" tab to open meditations according to your mood;

Step 7. Drag the white circle to the point that represents your mood at the moment in this case, select "Anxious". Then touch the button "play" to listen to the meditation that addresses this problem;
