Instagram has released a new sticker on Stories for users to invite followers to start conversations through Direct Messages (DM). Available in the app for Android and iPhone (iOS), the feature inserts a button over videos and photos in story mode so that followers can interact with the post quickly. The functionality can be used by people and companies that want to expand the interaction with the public that follows their posts on the photo network. Step 1. Open Instagram and tap on the camera icon in the top left corner of the screen or on your profile picture, if you don’t have a Story posted in the last 24 hours. Then take a photo or video using the app’s camera;

Step 2. Tap on the sticker icon in the top corner of the screen. Press your finger on the option «Send a DM» so that the sticker is included in the content you are producing;

Step 3. The sticker allows users to use a random phrase by tapping on the data icon above the virtual keyboard. Use the resource if you are in doubt about what to write to receive messages from followers;

Step 4. If you want to type a personalized phrase, tap on the text area and use the virtual keyboard to define the message. Then, tap on the «Finish» option to finish editing. That done, tap on the «Your Story» button to share the content with your friends.
