How to download and get started

Download Sleep as Android on dnetc and open the app. Swipe left to read the introduction or, if you prefer, skip the summary by clicking "Skip" located at the bottom left. Then the home page interface will appear.

Click on "Set Alarm" to set alarm clocks for one or more days. The icon with three horizontal stripes in the upper left corner also offers the option. Avoid snoring and talking during sleep
