Meu INSS is an application of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) for Android and iPhone (iOS) that allows you to find out how much time is left to start retirement by contribution time. Thus, even though it is a simulation, the resource helps to know if it is time to schedule an appointment at one of the INSS posts to confirm that the benefit is really available.
The app also allows you to consult an extract, payment table or deposit delay for employers, among other social security data. Find out how to use the retirement simulator of the My INSS app in the tutorial below.

Step 1. Even without a registration in the application, it is possible to use the retirement calculator. To do this, select the Contribution time simulation option in the initial menu and fill in the first field with your date of birth.

Step 2. Tap on Add link to enter INSS contribution periods, whether derived from formal employment or via individual contribution. Fill in the start and end dates on the calendar.

Step 3. After filling in all the contribution periods, tap Simulate to see a summary. The My INSS app shows at the top the total contribution time calculated from the data provided. Below, the program displays the missing period for retirement.

The user does not need to fill in the contribution data manually if he already has or makes a registration in the Federal Government's unique registration program at the time. To check how much time is left to retire with your account, check out the steps below.
Step 1. On the app's home screen, tap the top icon to open the account menu and select Login.

Step 2. If you already have an account at Cidado.br, enter your account email and password. Otherwise, tap on Register to enter your personal data and obtain a temporary password. Upon completing the login, you will need to authorize the My INSS app to obtain your data available in the social security system.

Step 3. Note that, after login, all My INSS functions will be unlocked. Then, access the Contribution Time Simulation option to obtain information on the fly according to your official data in the Government system.
