Step 1. Open Meditopia and log in using your email or Facebook credentials. Then choose your goal with meditation from options such as “Reduce Stress” and “Get a Good Night’s Sleep”;

Step 2. At the start page, select a category to start your meditation;

Step 3. The class will start immediately with a narration giving directions so that you can relax. You can change the soundtrack using the “Background Sounds” button;

Step 4. At the end, the app will show you your progress in meditation and count that class as finished;

Step 5. In the “Programs” section, you will be able to have consecutive sessions with a single goal. Select a theme and choose the first class to start;
