How to Use Sticky Notes in Windows 7 | Productivity

Sticky Notes a digital version of "Post-Its", the famous and colorful sticky note pads, and a native Windows 7 application. The feature allows you to add reminders on the desktop of the operating system, helping to take notes, control lists of tasks and save information.

Step 1. The Sticky Notes application must be started by the shortcut cone on the Start button. In the menu tab of this resource, select the application or search for it in the search tool;

Step 2. When running, the program displays a virtual Post-It that can serve as a text field, be multiplied or have colors changed. In addition, while Sticky Notes is active, tickets fluctuated on the desktop;

Step 3. Sticky Notes is a simple application with few command and configuration options. To change the color of the virtual reminder, click on it with the right mouse button and choose one of the six highlighted options;

Step 4. To add a new note, press the + button in the upper left corner of the application. A new virtual ticket will be opened next to the first, with a free text field and ready to enter information;

Step 5. Sticky Notes expands the ticket size according to the size of copied texts. However, it is also possible to adjust the size of the reminder by holding and dragging the mark in the lower right corner;

Step 6. To close a note, select the X button in the upper right corner of the virtual Post-It. Then, a warning window will appear that the exclusion is permanent;

Step 7. You can format selected texts within each note with keyboard shortcuts. The command Ctrl + B puts the text in bold and Ctrl + I in italics, while Ctrl + U underlines the marks and Ctrl + T strokes the words;

Step 8. Sticky Notes also allow you to align texts to the center of the ticket with Ctrl + E, while Ctrl + L and Ctrl + R order the left and right content, respectively;
