How to use GuiaBolso on PC to save money | Utilities

GuiaBolso is a tool for managing money and personal finance for PC and iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. The platform's proposal is to connect the bank account and credit card to monitor expenses and generate financial graphs automatically. Thus, it is possible to access quickly, control monthly expenses and save.

Step 1. Access the GuiaBolso website (guiabolso.com.br) in Chrome and create a new registration or log in to an existing profile;

Step 2. After filling in the personal details, grant the service permission to access the bank account view. To do this, provide agency and account numbers, in addition to the Internet password. GuiaBolso will not be allowed to carry out operations.

Step 1. On the first screen it is possible to access registered credit cards to check the progress of expenses. Access your account statement in the side menu;

Step 2. Hover your mouse over one of the items and click the More details button;

Step 3. Add tags and descriptions to help understand the context of the expense in a future query. It is also possible to mark as a duplicate and share the transaction. Also remember to check that the automatic categorization of GuiaBolso is correct. The information is important to check the possibilities of savings;

Step 4. It is also possible to change the category, insert a description and mark several expenses as a duplicate at once. To do this, select more than one item to obtain a batch editing menu;

Step 5. After the initial organization, use the filters at the top to view only expenses with a certain tag or a specific category. It is possible to see at a glance, for example, the expenditures made only with the supermarket.

GuiaBolso relies on both expenses and sources of income to determine the monthly balance, but automatic tracking only takes place on accounts and cards. If you have income outside the bank and want to track expenses made with cash, I need to add a manual account.

Step 1. On the statement screen, click Add transaction and enter a new manual account;

Step 2. Define name, type of account and enter the opening balance. Click Save to create. The value of the manual account is integrated into the total income. When this occurs, it will be possible to use the Add Transaction button to create an expense manually, made with amounts from outside the bank account.

Step 3. Then, GuiaBolso will show the list of categories of expenses. Fill in all fields with the intended objectives.

As GuiaBolso monitors your accounts and cards, the graph tool allows you to see an overview of expenses. It is possible to display information on expenses, revenues and the relationship of the two variables, according to the stipulated planning.
