Free access to Google Meet runs until September 30, as an alternative to hold virtual corporate meetings or distance classes during the home office with quarantine regime. The program can also be used on Windows and macOS computers, at meet.google.com. Here’s how to use Google Meet to make video calls and share your phone’s screen.

1. How to create a room at Google Meet?
Step 1. Access the Google Meet app on your phone. The first time you open the service, you need to tap "Continue" to allow access to the camera and microphone;

2. How to invite people to a meeting at Google Meet?
Step 1. When creating a meeting, the application will display a link to send to other users. Touch "Share";

Step 2. Select which social network you want to send the link to or copy the link and send it directly to people. When your contacts touch the link, they will be redirected to your meeting room.

3. How do I join a meeting on Google Meet?
Step 1. To enter a meeting in Meet, I need to access the link informed by the owner of the meeting. Thus, press the access link to be directed to the meeting room;

Step 2. Then, tap "Ask to participate". Then wait for the meeting owner to accept your request.

4. How to share the screen on Google Meet?
Step 1. To share the screen, touch the three vertical dots located in the upper right corner of the screen;

Step 4. A Meet alert appears on the screen indicating the capture of everything that is displayed on the screen. Press "Start now" so that people in the video conference have access to your screen.
