Step 1. Open FaceApp and tap the settings icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Then tap "Report errors and submit logs";

Step 2. In your message, make it clear that you would like to remove your data from the app's servers. Once that's done, tap "Report" and choose your email provider to send.

Step 3. Finally, type "Privacy" in the subject field of your email and send the message. The company recommends using the floor so that the request can be answered faster.

How to uninstall FaceApp
Step 1. To prevent FaceApp from collecting new information, you must completely uninstall the application from your mobile phone. In this case, on Android, just hold down the app's icon and drag down to "Uninstall". Finally, confirm by tapping "OK";

Step 2. On iPhone (iOS), press and hold the app icon until all icons start to shake. Now tap the "x" on the FaceApp icon and finally confirm uninstalling the app by tapping "Delete".
