The Cartoon Photo application transforms photos and videos into drawings by applying filters to the images. Available for free download on Android phones, the app allows you to apply various effects to files sent from the gallery or captured on the spot with your smartphone camera.

After selecting the desired filter, it is possible to change the lighting levels of the figure to achieve the ideal result. How to transform a photo from the gallery
Step 1. On the home page, select the Photos option. Then choose the desired image in your files;

Step 2. Choose the filter you want from the options carousel at the bottom of the screen. To change the lighting levels, touch the setup icon, right of the screen;

Step 3. To save the file on your phone, tap the download icon;

Step 4. To send the image to social networks, select the share icon. Then choose the desired destination.

How to transform a photo captured on the spot
Step 1. On the home page, the Camera option. The camera will be opened immediately with a design filter. Select another effect on the carousel, if desired. To capture a photo, click on the shutter cone and the image will be saved immediately;

Step 2. If you want to record a video with the effect, touch the camcorder icon it will turn red, indicating that the shooting has started. To end the recording, touch the same icon again. The video will be saved immediately to the gallery;

How to transform a video from the gallery
Step 1. On the home page, the Videos option. Then select the desired file;

Step 2. Select the desired filter on the carousel and touch the camcorder icon. The video will be reproduced in full in drawing format. At the end of playback, the file will be automatically saved to the device's memory.
