Step 1. Open the Shortcuts app and go to the "Gallery" section in the bottom menu. Type the word "GIF" in the search field and tap the ready shortcut "Burst to GIF". Confirm the action under "Get Shortcut";

Step 2. Access the shortcut library from the bottom menu. Tap on the "Burst to GIF" and then select the desired Live Photo from the gallery;
