Signing in to someone else's Gmail is possible with the service app for Android and iPhone (iOS). The app allows you to use multiple email accounts at the same time on your mobile phone, useful for those who have more than one address, one personal account and one for work, for example. The feature can also help anyone who needs to temporarily sign in to someone else's Google account to open an important message.
