How to share websites the simple way in Microsoft Edge | Browsers

Microsoft Edge has gained a new shortcut to share the content found on the Internet with Outlook contacts, which is the account used to access the operating system itself. The feature arrived with the "April Update" update from Windows 10 to the browser. By default, the link sent by the Mail app. However, it is also possible to quickly access other chat programs like Facebook Messenger.

When you use the feature for the first time, there is no contact on the shortcut screen, but whenever a person is selected to receive a link, they will be highlighted in the Share tab, for quicker access. Step 1. With the Microsoft Edge browser open, click on the Share button in the upper right corner, as shown in the image below;

Step 2. To share directly with a Windows 10 contact, choose the option We need more information;

Step 3. Then choose the contact from the list or search by name in the search bar;

Step 4. Edge will open a small window with the Windows 10 Mail app, with all information filled in from sender, recipients and message content. For the user, just click the Send button;

Step 5. Each person you send some content, gets a shortcut on the Share tab, as shown in the screenshot below;

Step 6. You can also share a link directly with a friend via Facebook Messenger chat. For this, I need to have the official messenger app for Windows 10 installed on the machine. Then, just click on the corresponding cone.
