Adobe Scan is an application from the Photoshop maker for Android and iPhone (iOS) that allows you to use your phone's camera to scan physical documents. The difference is in the automatic text recognition (OCR) function, capable of identifying words and numbers in photographs. The app stores scanned documents in the cloud and allows you to retrieve them on another device. I see in the tutorial how to scan documents on the smartphone with the Adobe tool.

How to find files easily on Android with Files Go
Step 1. When opening the app, the camera starts to search for documents viewed to scan. Wait for the automatic capture or touch the central button to take a picture. Then, you have two options: continue taking photos or touch the button in the right corner to edit.

Step 2. The application cuts and optimizes the scanned image automatically, but it is possible to adjust the edges manually in the cutting tool.

Step 6. The newly created document is in the Recents tab. Once the PDF is finished, Adobe Scan starts to transfer the file to the cloud to extract the text present in the images. Make sure your phone has internet enabled and wait for the process to finish. At the end of the extraction, tap the file to open it. The identified texts must be available to select and copy. Use the function to transfer words and numbers from physical documents to notes on your phone.

Step 7. A document stored in Adobe Scan can be retrieved on another phone with the same account logged on. You can also use the sharing function to send the PDF by email and other apps. The "Share link" option uses Adobe's own cloud to store files online free of charge.

Step 8. On any Adobe Scan screen, use the plus button to start a new scan, either with images captured on the spot or already existing in the smartphone gallery.
