Step 1. Visit the Uber Eats registration form page (ubereats/restaurant/signup) and enter your restaurant name and address. Below, provide your full name and contact information. After that, fill in the requested data and tap "Submit";

Step 2. Then tap "Get". Details about partnering with Uber Eats will be displayed, including the amount of membership and service fees. Read the contract carefully;

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom and enter your company name and legal address. Once that's done, check the checkbox indicating that you agree to the terms of the partnership and tap "Accept and confirm." In the next step, you will need to submit your menu.
