How to disconnect Google account from another phone
Step 1. On your computer, open a browser and access the address (myaccount.google);

How to change the recovery number on your Google account
Step 1. If your old phone has been stolen or lost, and you no longer have access to your old number, you need to change your Google account recovery number. Still at (myaccount.google), in the left navigation panel, tap on "Security";
