Step 1. Open your mobile browser and go to the Gmail website (gmail). At it, enter your email address and tap "Next". Then touch "Forgot Password?";

Step 2. Gmail will ask you for an old password already used in the account. If you don't remember, touch "Try otherwise" and confirm your recovery email address or phone number. That done, press "Submit";
