Step 1. Open your mobile browser and go to the Gmail website (gmail). At it, enter your email address and tap "Next". Then touch "Forgot Password?";

Step 2. Gmail will ask you for an old password already used in the account. If you don't remember, touch "Try otherwise" and confirm your recovery email address or phone number. That done, press "Submit";

Step 3. Enter the verification code you received in your recovery email or SMS on your mobile phone. Finally, enter your new password and tap "Next".
