To retrieve the registration password, Enem 2019 applicants must use the chat from the new Inep registration system. Without the password, it is not possible to access the participant's profile to change the exam venue, foreign language of the Exam, as well as some registration data. The student needs to start the conversation with the platform's virtual assistant by clicking Forgot my password to generate a new code. Step 1. Access the participant page on the Enem 2019 website (http://enem.inep.gov.br/participante/). Start by answering security question, and then enter and submit your social security number.

Step 2. At the time of entering the password, click Forgot my password in the footer.

Step 3. If you have access to the email address registered at the time of registration, click Send Password to receive a new code in your inbox. Otherwise, select Change Email.

Step 4. The procedure for changing email to later reset the Enem 2019 password requires entering several registration items. First, enter the previously registered email address and your date of birth.
